Commands available for the Dicebot!

Command	Description	Usage
setprefix, prefix, sp	Sets your server prefix to the character specified.	[p]sp ; will set the prefix for all commands in your server to ;
setdicemode, dicemode, sdm, dm	Sets how the dicebot tries to parse commands in your server.	[p]dm onlyprefixed - only catch dice prefixed from the start of a message. [p]dm prefixoptional - prefix is optional but it still has to start your message. [p]dm offsetoptional - catch any dice command that has the server prefix. [p]dm catchall - this will try and catch dice regardless of where they are in your message, prefix or not.
